I can't input my 1098-T form into Turbo Ta software

In Education Expenses section, I chose "Yes" to question " Did you, or your dependents, go to college or vocational school in 2019?". Then it moves to the part that said "The Education Expenses area will be ready soon". I can't input my 1098-T info into Turbo Tax.

Do you know how to fix this problem?

You didn't say whether you are using TurboTax Online or the CD/Download TurboTax software. If you are using the CD/Download software, it sounds like your software needs to be updated. See the FAQ at the following link for instructions to update it.
