I am being asked to file form 8615, but it doesn't seem like I qualify any of the conditions. I am 22 and graduated college in the middle of 2019.

If your parents are claiming you as a dependent for 2019, then form 8615 is valid.  Technically the rule is:  If the student is age 19–23 at year-end and (1) are a student and (2) does not have earned income that exceeds half of his or her support, the "Kiddie Tax" (form 8615) applies if other three requirements are also met. The child is considered to be a student if he or she attends school full-time for at least five months during the year. Support does not include amounts received as scholarships.

Oh, my parents aren't claiming me as a dependent though. Also how much is half of my support? I have earned income, I just don't know if it exceeds it since I don't fully know how much I should be comparing to.

Thanks for all your help!

There's a question in the interview about earned income support.  To get rid of form 8615, you must answer that question that you did provide more than half your own support with earned income.

You could go thru the support work sheet, but the simple facts that you graduated, are working and are not a dependent usually satisfies that.
