how do i find form 8863, i am trying to claim education expenses from form 1099-T for my child. we claim him as a dependent.

The Form 8863 will be populated when you enter your child's education expenses as reported on a Form 1098-T. You enter that form in the Deductions and Credits section, then Education, then Expenses and Scholarships (Form 1098-T).

You don't "find" form 8863.  TurboTax produces it for you after you enter the student's 1098-T and other info.
