I have a 1098-T for my daughter, but also receive tuition waiver since I work at the University that is not reflected on the 1098-T.  I have not received a 1099 for this either.

If the tuition waiver is for undergraduate studies, it is not taxable, as long as your daughter is your dependent.

In your case, there would be nothing to report.
