Do I need to include for 1098-T if my child is taking college in the schools courses at the high school to earn college credit but there is not cost to us? Box 1 = box 5.

Box 1 for tuition/expenses is equal to Box 5 for scholarships/grants.

No.

The 1098-T is only an informational document. The numbers on it are not required to be entered onto your tax return, unless you are claiming a tuition credit or reporting taxable scholarship.  Neither apply in your case.
