unless you are eligible for AOTC tax credit, it is not deductible,.

In TurboTax (TT), enter at:

Federal Taxes Tab (Personal for H&B version)

Deductions & Credits

-Scroll down to:

--Education

--Education Expenses and Scholarships (1098-T)
