I have a dependent son at an in state school in Kentucky (liberal Arts). He has a tuition and related expenses of $43,200, not counting books (from 1098 T). He has scholarships of $25,000. He lives at school in a dorm. My income is $200,000.00. Can I deduct any of his school expenses?

No, your income is too high to be able to claim the Education Credits or the Tuition and fee Deduction.

Please, see What education tax credits are available? and What is the Tuition and Fees Deduction? for additional information.
