College application fees deductible

If I google are college application fees deductible I get one answer which says yes and another that says no. Both on Turbo tax. Help pls

Actually the two year old answer you referenced did not address the issue of application fees. To answer you, the other answer from jerry2000 was correct. Application fees are not deductible education expenses.

There's one exception. You may include the application fee to the school you actually attend, if the fee was paid in the year you were enrolled.
