    Can i claim my spouse lifetime learning credit? she took maths classes at community college, in order to apply for a master degree program in the future.

    Yes, you may be able to claim the Lifetime Learning Credit if you file Married Filing Jointly. https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/5358151
