Can I claim Adobe Creative Cloud since I had to have the program for my classes at school?

I had to pay for the Adobe Creative Cloud subscription to complete my classes while I was attending school. I'm wanting to know if I am able to claim this expense or not.

How do I file 1098-T for state of TN scholarships for dual enrollment courses of a high school student? TT seems to not process dual enrollment 1098-T's properly.
