Am I still eligible? I graduated with a Bachelors degree in December 2013. I am going back to school for nursing. I didn't use my 4 years of AOTC the first time.

Regardless of whether you claimed the American Opportunity Credit during the time that you were in school for your bachelor’s degree, you will not be eligible to claim it moving forward since you have already completed your first four years of college.

However, your education expenses may qualify you to claim either the Lifetime Learning Credit or the Tuition and Fees deduction.
