Our daughter received a 1098-T. She is still our dependent and still lives with us full time and is not currently working and she will be filing separately for her part time job in 2021 while she was a student. Do we, her parents claim the 1098-T or does she claim the 1098-T. Her name is on the 1098-T

Simple answer: You claim the tuition credit ("claim the1098-T") on your return, because she is your dependent. This assumes the Box 1 amount is more than the box 5 amount.
Thank you Hal_AL, Even though she is going to do her taxes for her part time job and the 1098-T is under her name, we can still use it on our tax forms? Yes there is more value in box 1, and box 5 is $0
Q. Even though she is going to do her taxes for her part time job and the 1098-T is under her name, we can still use it on our tax forms?
A. Yes.
A student dependent is prohibited from claiming the tuition credit on her own return. If there is less than $4000 (the amount of expenses needed to get the maximum credit), in box 1, you can add books and a required computer later in the education interview.
