We used Home & Bus. for 2015 (my husband had a partnership) and for 2016 the partnership ended and switched over to a sole proprietorship. Can we still use Home and Bus.?

Yes. However, this year your husband will input his information on a Schedule C.

While it is not clear from your facts, you may have a part year K-1 for 2016 depending on when the partnership ended.

Both can be handled with TT Home & Business.
