I am a small 2nd year business owner in Texas (no state income tax). My business had zero revenue in 2022, but significant expenses. I need to file my own personal and business income tax, national tax for a retired relative, and for one employee with minimal wages (I have her W-2). Which version(s) should I download (Windows 10)?

If you need to file a business return ( form 1065, 1120 or 1120-S) then you need the TT BUSINESS program (not to be confused with the personal Home & Business program) AND a personal program. Since you live in TX where there is no state income tax you can purchase the BASIC since all downloaded versions have all the same forms and cover all the same situations.

You may find programs cheaper outside of TT if you look ... if you cannot find the Basic then you can get the Deluxe version without the state.
You can also purchase the CD/download from various retailers such as Costco, Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, Staples, Sam’s Club, etc. etc. etc.

Oh, wait, I should have mentioned this is a single owner LLC, so my understanding is I do not need to file a 1065 or 1120. Given that, Do I need only the Home & Business Basic, or both the H&B and a personal? Note I did spread my deductions over 3 years.
Since you are only filing a Sch C you ONLY need a personal program and since you are in TX you can go cheap and just buy the BASIC program and not the Home & Business version unless you want to pay more. There is no H&B Basic just Basic. Note the marketing ploy of "recommending" a more expensive program but at no time is the downloaded version upgrade required.
