When will California partnership forms ready for print?

I'm trying to save a PDF of my CA partnership return but it seems to indicate that the return is currently unavailable due to some of the forms haven't been finalized yet.

Any idea when they will be available

It depends on the forms that you need.  You can visit the state forms availability table for TurboTax Business for information on specific forms.
