What is the difference between Profit % and Loss % for partnership llc's?

They are normally the same percentage based on the ownership in the Partnership.  There are a few exceptions if the operating agreement indicates that a specific partner will get more of the profits (for example) than of losses.  This is rare and usually only happens in complex or larger partnership agreements.  (For example, an investor may have an agreement that entitles them to a higher percentage of profits in order to pay back their investment quicker. )
