What is the correct code to enter on box 14, for MED/DENT CA SDI?

California SDI is State Disability Insurance. If you do not see a code for it, please list it under Other mandatory deductible state or local tax not listed. If you itemize your deductions using Schedule A, it can be deducted as part of your state/local income taxes paid. I have attached a picture below for additional guidance.
