what is schedule B Part C code and how to fix it

Schedule B Part C, is the part where you report if you had foreign accounts.  To go back to this section in TurboTax:

1. Open your return
2. Select Federal on the left side menu
3. Select  Wages & Income
4. Scroll all the way to the bottom and click Continue
5. Continue until you get to Tell Us About Any Foreign Bank Accounts 
6. You can change your answers here
