All my Schedule F information is gone now. And I want TurboTax to fix this and restore that back.
"I need those to complete the returns."
What year return needs completing? Is that referring to your current 2023 return that you are now preparing and need information from 2019?
How was your 2019 return prepared--in Online TurboTax or in desktop software (CD/download)?
Are you saying you have a PDF of your previously-filed 2019 return, but there is no Schedule F in it? Or are you looking in your Online account and can't find evidence at all of an Online 2019 return you filed?
I am using TurboTax 2019 software it asked to do a update and all previous info that was filled is gone. I am redoing 2019 nothing to do with 2023 or such. The return amount has all disappeared from what I saw before and now I have to go back and redo all the input data.

Was the 2019 return never filed? Are you trying to prepare an original 2019 return to file, or are you trying to amend an already-filed 2019 return, or what? I'm not sure what you mean by "I'm redoing 2019..."
Are you using the Windows or Mac version?
"...all previous info that was filled is gone.."
Are you saying that after the update, the saved *.tax2019 data file is now missing, so the program doesn't even find evidence of the 2019 return, and it wants you to start one? If so, then in the past there have been uncommon occasions where some users could not find their tax data file after a TurboTax program update. Some were able to locate it as described below:
If that's your situation, first search your entire computer system for any file ending in *.tax2019 and also look in the Recycle Bin. If you use cloud storage such as Windows One Drive, also look there to see if you can find it.
