What category do I use for State LLC Fee to create the business?

Also I paid a city business tax and a county business tax. This is a partnership llc return. These are paid each year. It is not tax on sales, etc it is a business tax/license fee. Where do I put these? Under organizational? Under tax/licenses?. New llc just started in July and is closed as of end of this year. Thanks

Just put them under taxes and licenses.
