USL ETF Schedule K-1 Box 13 code W

I am trying to determine how to enter box 13 code W for the Schedule K-1 that I received for USL ETF. Following is what the instructions on the Schedule say.

When I enter code W on turbotax online for box 13, it's asking me for detail. Is the below how I have answered correct?
