Turbo Tax 2025 updates without elevation while GP has turned this off computer wide

My computer has group policy that prevents elevation to install software for non-admin users. Even LocalAccount cannot elevate the privileges. How is TurboTax able to update the software on my computer? It used to give an error. But, today it updated the software and it is not in AppData folder. How is this possible?

I recommend contacting your administrators of your group as we are unable to determine why the updates would have been installed.
