Turbo Tax 2020 Failing Update after successful Manual Update

I need to use Turbo Tax 2022 to do an amended return. 

I am getting an error when the program tries to do an update before running Smart Check.

Microsoft Installer Error: 1603 Fatal during installation

I performed a successful manual update using the most recent version I can find, 2022 manual update (R52.1 - 248MB).

However, TT continues to insist on trying to apply the failing update before running Smart Check.

Is new manual update version available?

AV is turned-off and am logged in as an administrator.

This was resolved by uninstalling and then reinstalling Turbo Tax 2022.
