TP is essentially taxpayer. Do you have a W-2 form? You may need to enter the state information from W-2 Boxes 15-17 under your W-2 input. 

Navigate to Federal Taxes > Wages and Income > Wages and Salaries Form W-2, to update your entries for this form.

You can also confirm the information in the My info section of the program to ensure you have entered the correct state information under your personal information.
