For foreign address or third party designee?

TurboTax Online will allow you to fill out the Foreign Address for Schedule 6, but not the Third Party Designee. For that, you will need to use the desktop version of TurboTax.

Thanks, Should I upgrade the version or also the free version would provide that option?

If it is just for the address, the free version SHOULD work. If it doesn't, it will prompt you to upgrade if you are entering a foreign address.
