What category should be used for facility costs for a Youth sports team (example would be rental of ice and/or field preparation expenses)?

You have some flexibility in how you categorize these expenses.  Under Business Income and Expenses:

• Scroll down to Business Expenses
• Next to Other Common Business Expenses click on Start or Update
• For ice rental, you could use Rental Expenses
• For field prep, Click on Start next to Other Miscellaneous Expenses

Here you can create you own accounts and descriptions.  You can create one or several, depending on how you want to do it.  You can also include ice rental here.
