There is a time lag between when the IRS releases a form and when it is incorporated into tax software. Keep updating your program and checking. Often the program will tell you by email when the form is ready.

TurboTax forms availability shows that the Form 1040 Schedule F will be available on February 3.

Form 1040 Schedule F is used to report farm income and expenses. It is filed with Form 1040, 1040-SR, 1040-NR, 1041, or 1065.
