Schedule A is for itemized deductions. On your 1040 return, line 8 will either be the standard deduction or itemized deduction amounts. If you itemize, then Schedule A will have recorded any itemized deductions taken. If your return is using the standard deduction, then there will not be a Schedule A. From the amount you list above, it appears your return is using the standard deduction, so there will not be a Schedule A with your return.
For 2018, the standard deductions are as follows:
Single or married filing separate: $12,000
Head of Household: $18,000
Plus these both have an additional $1,600 if you are over 65 and another $1,600 if blind.
Married filing Joint: $24,000
Plus an additional $1,300 for over 65 for each filer, plus an additional $1,300 for each if blind.
I don't think that is from schedule A Itemized Deductions. That looks like the Standard Deduction for Head of Household over 65 $18,000+1,600=19,600. Line 8 is either the Standard Deduction or schedule A whichever is more. So you don't have schedule A.
