Sale of business property form won't delete

I accidentally checked that my rental property sold in 2020.  I filled out the requested info and Turbotax calculated a taxable gain.  I have tried multiple ways to delete the form4797.  I followed the directions in Turbotax after searching for "sale of business property" and for "rentals".   I have also tried to manually delete the form in Forms mode.  Nothing works.  The gain still is calculated and shows that i owe taxes on it.  Help!!!

As much as I hate to say it, you could delete the entire Schedule E and start from scratch. Print a copy of your work so far, and recopy it.

Thanks. That did it. Had to delete the entire schedule e. And start over. But it wasn't that bad. Appreciate your help.
