Why am i being aask to fill a 568? i drive uber, I do not have a LLC

Turbo tax is assuming the information on the schedule c is for an LLC. You can delete the form from the list by going to

  1. Tax Tools
  2. Tools
  3. Delete a form
  4. look for 568
