There is an issue where entering income from a second 1099-NEC overwrites the first 1099-NEC.

 

The issue is currently under investigation.

I have the same issue as well. When entering the 2nd or 3rd 1099-nec it takes away the first one. Also if you are married, the software moves your information to your spouse and that affects deductions for each business.
