W-2 form, Box 14

My W-2 form box 14 says “ unway $1.90” and  I don’t know why my w-2 form says like that  but After I upload my W-2 form, it comes automatically like that;

Box 14 - Description
 
Box 14 - Amount
 
Box 14 – Category
Charitable cash contribution

So I dont know why it says Charitable cash contribution And  I just want to make sure, does these correct in the boxs?

The W-2 shows the you made a charitable contribution to the United Way of $1.90.

But the box 14 – Category is Charitable cash contribution. is it right or not ? if it is not, which one should I select?

Yes, it could be Charitable cash contribution, although it is uncommon.  You can select Other for a category, it won't affect your tax return.
