Turbo Tax is telling me to "enter a liability on the balance sheet for Federal Income Tax Payable 0. How do I do this?

I have an NOL that I'm carrying forward which zero's "0" out my tax liability. My income reconciliation is out of balance due to the NOL, how do I enter this in QB desktop?
