I have contacted TurboTax about this same issue today. I have received 3 phone calls, sent a copy of my return to them and have yet had the problem resolved. Going on 5 hours. Did you have any luck getting help or an answer?
Unfortunately, the IRS has not finalized the Form 8995-A for filing so TurboTax has not been able to resolve this issue. The IRS date has been moved to 2/28/20 so hopefully it will be ready this weekend, but more likely next week.
