Reviewing Robinhood 1099 but the form is very buggy. The inputs are positioned absolutely over the form, scrolling separately. The inputs don't align with form labels

Delete the 1099-MISC and re-enter it manually, type it in.

Didn't change anything, the review items are for 1099-B. The issue is with the form and its display, the CSS seems very broken at the moment.
