Reporting rental income from partnership as income from trade or business

Unless the partnership provided significant services to the renter(s) or is considered to be a real estate dealer, you would report rental income and expenses from rental real estate on Form 8825 (which is attached to Form 1065).

See https://www.irs.gov/forms-pubs/about-form-8825

If you have additional facts with respect to the rental income received that might change that result, please post them.
