How do I get to Schedule E?

It gives me Schedule C when I ask for Schedule E

You don't get to the sch E form directly per-se. You want to get to the Rental & Royalty Income section of the program. It's under the Personal Income tab under the "Business Items" section of the Premier version. Or you should be able to search for "schedule e" or "rental property" in the program search box and get to it that way.
