Form 8949, Part II, Box F in Turbo Tax Business

I am completing a Form 1041 for a Trust using TurboTax Business.  I received a 1099 Composite with a Form 1099-B for a Long-Term Realized Gain with Box E checked which I was able to enter.  However, the form also lists a reported Long-Term Realized Gain with instructions to report it on Form 8949, Part II, with Box F checked. How do I generate a page 2, Form 8949 for this and/or enter this using Turbo Tax  Business?  There does not appear to be an opportunity to enter this with Box F checked  and  which was NOT reported on the form 1099-B.

Select "No Financial Institution" to report the transaction with Box F checked.
