I have a W2 with two different amounts in Box 16 "state wages, tips, etc" and duplicate state and Employer's state ID no in Box 15. Turbo Tax is requesting that I correct the duplication

Our K-1 reports amounts in boxes 1 and 2. How do I determine which values I should enter in the two separate K-1 entries?

How do I fix federal return to efile? It wants an amount in box 16 1099-R for firefighter pension in OH. There is no entry on the form. Turbotax won't accept 0 or blank?
