I did mark the state as Indiana, and column D on IN-W is blank :(

According to the State of Indiana website the IN-W form will be in effect for the 2023 tax filing season which is next year. Do not be concerned about is this year as it is not required.
Ok. Thanks for that info. I'm using TurboTax for IN state taxes (and federal), and it keeps giving me the error and wants me to list the items for Column D on IN-W. Should I file leaving it blank? I don't like to file with a known error TurboTax is telling me about.
Column D represents the state taxable income from W 2 input and 1099R input Box 16. Make sure you inputted those figures correctly when you initially reported it on your federal input.
