Quickzoom Form 4684 not opening/ saving page 2

I am using TurboTax deluxe, Desktop edition on windows, under Forms mode. When using Form 4684 worksheet I am able to open and fill out Form 4684 page 3, it then saves it to my forms. When I use the Quickzoom on page 3 to move information to page 2, it opens and the correct information is filled out. But, that form does not save under my "forms in my return" section like the worksheet and page 3 do.

The forms were all saving previously but I had to delete and reenter them, due to a box being checked that wouldn't "uncheck", so I know these form are all supposed to save. Also, deleting the forms increased my tax due, and that did not decrease again when I reentered information, I believe because page 2 won't save.

I have tried deleting all the 4684 forms and reentering them but page 2 still will not save.
