Quick Employer Forms 1099-NEC vendor name and address not wrapping

In Quick Employer Forms, when viewing a 1099-NEC, the vendor name is not wrapping on the Preview Form. Also, when there is two address lines, only one is showing on the Preview Form. How do I enter a name that fits in the entry box, but is too long for the form? How do I enter an address that has two lines. The 1099 forms in QuickBooks Online for another company have both lines of the address showing.
