Yes, you can use the Home & Business for your personal tax return.

What did you receive your 1099-MISC for?  Up until 2020, non-employee compensation was reported on a 1099-MISC.  Beginning in 2020, contractors or self-employed are issued a 1099-NEC (new form).

Once you enter your 1099-MISC into the program, you'll be asked a series of questions about the nature of the income reported on this form.  It may be considered business income.

    Where do I enter a 1099-MISC? (intuit.com)
