There doesn't appear to be a code approximating this line of work.  "999999" is a default when something hasn't been particularly classified, but "541510" for "Computer systems design & related services" might be as close as you could realistically get.

It doesn't particularly matter to the IRS (except for certain industry audits), you just need a code.
