i'm stuck on a screen stating:

Clearly the system believes that you had a PPP loan. Click on whichever year you like and enter "0.01" as the amount of the loan. That will at least get you past the error. Then, once you have completed the return, come back here with any specific errors that the system throws because of this and we will help you figure a way to correct them.
This is a long shot, but if you were following the steps in a TurboTax help article for How do I enter a parsonage or housing allowance reported on a W-2? and followed a 'jump-to' link for other reportable income, then you can land on the PPP screen you described. The easiest way out is to simply click to another section of your return without answering any questions or filling in any data.
The 'jump to' link is not going to the same place as in the past and you are going through a different/incorrect section of the program. It has been reported that the help article should be corrected.
If you indeed need to adjust for a clergy housing allowance, try using the following steps:
This will report the housing allowance as a negative adjustment on Form 1040 Schedule 1 line 8z.
The same thing happened to me. I never had a PPP loan. This must be an error in the system.
If you get stuck on the PPP loan page and cannot get past it, the easiest way out is to simply click to another section of your return without answering any questions or filling in any data.
This isn't the only glitch in the system that is taking a lot of extra time this year. Not fun.
