networked quickbooks

I use a bookkeeper service. I access quickbooks through a network. Turbotax buisness will not access that network when it looks for my company. usually by the time i get to the end of turbo tax buisness it tells me i dont need to file buisness taxes anyway. What i need is my K1 forms so i can file my personal taxes. I pay monthly to access quickbooks through this portal but cannot file my taxes at the end of the year because it is not installed on my own computer. how do i fix this?

The K-1 form is still generated with the TurboTax business software.
