An employer can put anything they want in box 14. Only a few are standard - most are simply information to you. Ask your employer what it means. (Sometimes it is explained on the back of the W-2.)
You would have to know what the code K means. There is often a non-standardized code put in box 14, as most of the entries there are for informational purposes only and won't affect your tax return. Your employer may be able to tell you what the code means. Also, if you clarify what state you work in someone else might know what the code means.
