My K-1 has two amounts for Box 17, AJ, aggregate business income, and aggregate business deductions. How to I enter these in Turbotax?

you can skip entering the info because Turbotax does not use it. It's one of the items unsupported in the app. the income/loss along with business income/loss from other entities is supposed to be entered on form 461

depending on which line of schedule 1 that the items appear on.

you may not even be required to file the form because of the loss allowance. read the instructions
