My Business Accountant Used My Nickname For My Business Tax

I'm a first-time small businessowner, and I am filing for business tax for the first time. The accountant who filed my business' taxes used my nickname instead of my legal name when he filed it, so the name in my K-1 is different from the name I have always used for my personal taxes. Will this be a problem when I file my personal taxes?

The IRS matches everything by Social Security Numbers. 

As long as they match, you should not have a problem.
