Issues with payment for efile to state

I install TurboTax on my new windows 11 home laptop and after many hours online with TurboTax support, no one knew what the heck was going on. I would click on e-file to the state of Arizona and it would prompt me for name and street address, and after that, it would come up with an error that saysit’s not working so come back later. After two days of doing this, I finally decided I would try it on my windows 10 home laptop and proceeded to e-file my state that way, and I had no issues. Issues with windows 11 home operating system. TurboTax needs to fix this immediately or understand by looking in their logs to find out what the issue is. Twice I called in and after about 30 minutes, they were just hang up.
